Our appointment procedure is simple and flexible. We offer first and last calls, am and pm appointments and can arrange to ring you when we’re on the way (if, for example, you find it easier to leave work temporarily and meet us back at your property). We can always work around school collection times or shift patterns and if your faulty appliance is portable (such as a microwave or vacuum) and you find it easier to drop it off at the original retailer, our engineer will call there to collect it and return it to them once it’s fixed.
Ultimately, we think that having an appliance break down is enough of a headache without the process of arranging the repair make you reach for the paracetamol.
