Need Repair

Many people buy an extended warranty when they purchase their new appliance and we act as a service agent for a number of the insurance companies behind the schemes. Some of these monitor each breakdown and issue a job reference number for every authorised repair. Others leave the policyholder to make their own arrangements as and when required.

This can all seem a little daunting (especially when you have a mop in one hand and a wad of insurance papers in the other) but as always we’re here to help when you need us most.

Listed below are the extended warranty providers whose repair work we undertake:

London General Holdings Limited (sold through Apollo 2000 stores)
Littlewoods Financial Services (sold through Littlewoods and Index stores/catalogues)
Domestic and General plc (sold through a variety of retailers and via direct mail)
Powerhouse Retail (administered through Servicepower)
Cornhill Insurance (sold through a variety of retailers)
Regency Warranties (sold through the electrical division of Courts furnishers)

Your policy should advise on how to go about reporting a breakdown but if you’re in any doubt or can’t find your documentation just call us and we’ll quickly get things moving. And if your extended warranty isn’t with one of the above companies we may still be able to assist by pointing you in the right direction.

Either way, the cost of a phone call may well save you the cost of a repair.
