We love our customers, and it seems they love us too as many come back year after year for repairs, parts or even just a bit of advice if they’re thinking of buying something that washes cooks, cools or cleans. So we try to give a little bit back via our Privilege Club.
There are no points awarded based on your spending or stamps on a card to collect, it’s simply a loyalty programme which rewards you with lower labour charges on repairs, seasonal offers and advance notification of anything that’s about to become big in the wonderful world of domestic appliances! Every new customer has the option to be enrolled in the club once their first repair has been completed and once you’re a member, we issue a new Certificate every year (as a reminder that we’re still here if you need us). Should you wish to leave the club at any time, all you have to do is let us know.
We’ll never be as big as Nectar Points but it’s our way of thanking you for returning to us time after time.
