Given the plethora of dwellings under the control of Property Management companies, and the fact that tenants can reside in them from anything from two or three days to many years, appliances can suffer a foreshortened life expectancy. It therefore follows that whoever is looking after your machines while they are still viable should be able to provide alternatives when they’re not.
Your company may operate a structured schedule in which a regular programme dictates the date at which an appliance is deemed to have served its full term. On a more ad-hoc basis, we may suggest this course of action following an engineers visit to attend to a breakdown (see Quick Quote) or the decision to replace or install a new appliance can come direct from yourselves after a machine breaks down once too often.
Whatever the catalyst, if replacement is identified as the best option, we start by sourcing at least two equivalent appliances to quote against. Given the authority to proceed we will then install the new machine and dispose of the old one. (Wherever practical, these are shipped to the third world to be reprocessed and recycled).
We are always mindful of the need to keep appliance down times to a minimum and to this end we have arrangements with various distributors of finished goods to enable us to get new products on site and installed quickly.
It’s another aspect of appliance management that you can safely leave in our capable hands.
